Some believe that Halloween started with the Celtic festival of harvest, others, believe it has Christian roots. Whatever the origin, the best of that date are the traditions, from party to food, of course!
Opening the hall for Halloween innovations, we have the Cauldron Skittles and the Trick Plays Skittles, special editions of the brand. The trick? In the first, special flavors for Halloween, in the second, the flavors are all changed, the colors do not match and it is up to your taste to find out what you are eating.
Following the same line, the M&M’s Cookies & Screeem. Instead of the traditional dragee chocolate pastilles, here are white vanilla flavored chocolate with flakes cover, like an Oreo cookie.
There are sweets for all tastes, the American Enjoy Life has created a special line for the occasion, but without allergens like soy, lactose, peanuts, gluten, among others. It’s like they say, “There are no scary ingredients here, just scary good chocolate.”
Even Fanta dressed their cans especially for the party:
You wish a more “scary” challenge? The Australian fast-food chain Huxtaburger put on sale, only on October 31, an insect-stuffed sandwich on a blue loaf for a scary protein source. Available while stock lasts.
Do you prefer something more adult? How about a steaming ice cream?
The Salt & Straw ice cream chain has created a special line with suggestive names such as “Dracula’s blood pudding,” a combination of hot spices and creams or the steaming “ghost essence.” A nice joke for children and adults.
What are your Halloween traditions? And your creations? Tell us in the comments, we are looking forward to meeting your scary Halloween news!
